We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive construction professional to support planning, coordination, and execution of civil projects.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in civil engineering, with experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing construction schedules and work plans
  • Coordinating with design teams, consultants, and contractors for smooth workflow
  • Identifying project requirements and assisting in resource planning (materials, manpower, and equipment)

Site supervision includes:

  • Overseeing day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications
  • Supervising subcontractors and site teams to maintain quality and progress
  • Resolving on-site technical issues in coordination with the engineering and design team

Technical support and documentation includes:

  • Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs
  • Assisting in preparing and reviewing method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals
  • Maintaining updated records, daily progress reports, and as-built documentation

Quality assurance and control includes:

  • Ensuring work complies with quality standards, codes, and project specifications
  • Conducting inspections and coordinating with the QA/QC team to rectify any non-conformities
  • Monitoring material testing and ensuring use of approved materials

Health, safety, and environment (HSE) includes:

  • Implementing safety practices on-site in compliance with HSE policies
  • Conducting safety briefings and enforcing use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Reporting and documenting incidents or safety violations

Cost and resource management includes:

  • Assisting in quantity take-offs and verification of subcontractor/vendor bills
  • Monitoring material consumption to minimize wastage and control costs
  • Coordinating timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid work delays

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with national building codes, IS codes, and construction safety standards
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
