**Job Description**:
Þ Visit customers and suppliers in the markets we are currently present in the South East Asian region.
Þ Develop our range of products in the said region and add complementary products.
Þ Coordinate with customers from Seeking orders to Ultimate Payment receipt.
Þ Research on the said markets and make the necessary marketing initiatives.
Þ Manage the export and import documentation process
Þ Generate Leads and target new markets.
Þ Coordinate and Update the customers as well as concerned team members about the status of the orders and past records as and when necessary
Þ Might need to coordinate with supplier on the status of the orders
Þ Maintain Salesforce records for the accounts responsible for
Þ Develop cordial relationships with the customers and their teams
Þ Assist customers with help in Export or Import queries or procedures
Þ Seek enquiries from the customer for future requirements
Þ Maintaining and enhancing customer relations with the assistance of the Marketing Team
Preferred Requirements:
Þ Graduate in any field.
Þ Excellent spoken and written English. Any other foreign language will be a bonus.
Þ Prior experience in International Trade.
Þ Pleasing personality.
Þ Willingness to Travel overseas as and when required.
Þ Past experience in Export and Import companies (Paper related industries will be preferred)
Þ Knowledge of shipping and documentation.
Þ Fluent written and spoken English, any other language knowledge will be a bonus.
Þ Ability to grasp and learn technical skills.
Þ Experience dealing with clients in the Gulf will be an added bonus.

Percentage of completed surveys
Technical Qualifications Preferred:
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Past experience of a CRM Software or ERP Software
Diploma or Equivalent Degree in International Business, Shipping, EXIM, etc.
Other Terms and Conditions:
CTC: INR 45,000 - 50,000 per Month (Negotiable) + Company Benefits
Working hours: Monday - Saturday - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
