**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of PeopleSoft developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the PeopleSoft environment.
- Provide expertise in PeopleSoft tools, technologies such as PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and others.
- Work closely with functional analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and updates in the PeopleSoft ecosystem, and assess their impact on existing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners as needed to support PeopleSoft initiatives.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Provide support and guidance during system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
