Developing conceptual designs of large scale townships residential complex, malls, multiplexes, and commercial office buildings.
With Team Leader capacity on time bound presentations & design drawings. Also, clear understanding of development control rules and regulations, sale and BUA area calculations, working drawings to work executed at site.
1) Will be responsible to create Master Plan, Layout, Concept Design, Details Working Drawings, etc.
2) Will be responsible for handling the Team, which includes project Architect, Jr. Architect & Draughtsman.
3) Estimating project costs as well as devising plans/ schedules; coordinating with project architects, designers and consultants.
4) Monitoring project progress and taking necessary steps to ensure project completion within scheduled time frame and budget.
5) Interfacing with high Profile/key clients for mapping requirements/delivering need based solutions.
6) Coordinating with RCC & MEP Consultants for ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels & for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances
7) Meeting and interacting with the technical representative of clients to ensure faultless execution of projects; maintaining excellent relations with clients to augment business generation.
8) Designing of the project from micro to macro level, with relevant sketches/ working drawings.
9) Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de -bottlenecking.
10) Preparation of tender drawings/ specifications & finalization of require estimates and BOQ.
1) Quick Conception Of Integrated (Architectural - Engineering - Building Services) And analytic design solutions for fast track projects.
2) Must be good at value engineering in association with other experts.
3) Efficient & profitable detail design production for large size projects, using management skills.
4) Must have an excellent skills developed in delivering time-bound projects.
5) Exceedingly good understanding of RCC, pre-stressed concrete and steel structures.
6) Business development through competent and satisfactory service to client thus resulting in repeat business & long term association.
7) Leadership of architects & engineers team for very large size projects. Passionate about training & developing leaders.
8) Setting-up & management of architectural & engineering consultancy practice.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
