**Qualification**:Graduate with IT background(BE/B.TECH/MBA or equivalent experience required)

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Experience in ethical way of online bidding and proposal ability to work independently and make at least 12-14 bids per day with at least 20% reply ratio.
- Experience in Online Bidding platforms like PPH, Guru, Upwork, Freelancer is must.
- Quality project selection with R&D and bidding.
- Good communication and writing skills and should be able to chat initially with the client.
- Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile.
- Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts.
- Ability to understand the business requirements to generate business through online portals.
- Experience of 1 - 3 years in client integration, retention and generating lead for business Client communication & bridging the gap.
- Ability to liaise with business development managers and technical team leaders.
- Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK/ Canada/ Europe/Australia/ UAE Countries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
