**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Should have a good knowledge of online bidding portals as Freelancer, Upwork, Elance etc.
- Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience and understand stakeholders of your area/department and their needs.
- Present company service offerings to prospective clients and create proposals for providing IT staffing services/Solution to prospective clients
- needs.
- Coordinate with Business Leaders to set up customized services according to clients
- specifications.

**Education** : Any bachelor’s degree

**Market analysis and establishing market trends**:

- Sound knowledge of online bidding to work on various online marketplaces (freelancer, Upwork ,Elance) etc.
- Projects search and analysis on digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge.
- Ability to handle clients, Building Client Relationships.
- Multitasking to prioritize tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements and propose suitable solutions.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
