**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.

Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and demos as needed.

**Customer Service**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about products, pricing, and order status.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Order Management**:
Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all details are entered correctly and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and inventory management, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with customers regarding product availability and delivery schedules.

**Sales Coordination**:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate sales collateral, presentations, and other sales support materials.

Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to drive sales growth and improve processes.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.

Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and sales agreements.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
