Job Title:
- Operation Executive (Tender Management and Administrative Support)
Work Experience:
- min 2-5 Yr's **tender management, project analysis, and administrative support.**
Qualifications & key skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
- Should have Letter Drafting Idea for government officials/Vendors.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**A. **Web Mining of Tenders:
- Efficiently identify and gather relevant information from web sources regarding tenders.
- Measure success by the number of tenders mined per month, accuracy of data collected, and timely submission of prepared tender-related documents.
- Profitability Analysis of Tenders:
- Assess the profitability of tender opportunities before submission.
- Track the percentage increase in successful and profitable tenders.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis accurately.
**B.** New Project Analysis:
- Thoroughly analyze the feasibility and potential of new projects.
- Measure success by the successful implementation rate of analyzed projects and the ROI of selected projects.
- Communication with Authority:
- Maintain effective communication with relevant authorities for project approvals and updates.
- Measure success by response time to authority queries and successful project approvals.
- Procurement.
- Efficiently manage the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions.
- Measure success by cost savings in procurement and adherence to delivery timelines.
**C.** Miscellaneous Administrative Work:
- Handle various administrative tasks efficiently, including reservations, presentation of new projects to teams, exploring new projects, vetting of documents, assisting MD Sir & Hemant Sir, and providing all required MIS as per management requirements.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
- Decline tasks immediately if unable to perform.
**D. **Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work on cross-training between inter-departments like Sales - PCS; PCS - Accounts; Sales - Accounts, etc.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, operations, and IT to align analytics efforts with organizational goals and support cross-functional initiatives.
