This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating activities across different departments, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Executive will work closely with senior management to develop and execute operational plans aligned with the company's objectives and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and manage operational activities to ensure timely execution and delivery of products or services according to established standards and timelines.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service, to streamline operations and resolve operational issues.

Conduct regular assessments and audits of operational processes to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in support of operational objectives.

Lead and support operational projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational capabilities, reducing costs, and increasing profitability.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in all operational activities.

Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management on operational performance, trends, and strategic initiatives.

Proactively identify and address issues or challenges that may impact operations, customer satisfaction, or business performance.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness in operations.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Strong understanding of operational principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in operations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
