We are seeking an Operations Executive to play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the effective implementation of our programs.

**Job Overview**:The Operations Executive at Model गाँव will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities to ensure the smooth execution of our initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional who is passionate about rural development and committed to making a difference in the lives of villagers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Coordination**:Collaborate with program managers and teams to ensure the successful execution of Model गाँव's initiatives.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure adherence to plans.
Assist in the development of project plans, including resource allocation and task assignments.
Conduct regular progress reviews and provide status updates to senior management.

**Logistics and Supply Chain Management**:Manage logistics, procurement, and supply chain activities to support program requirements.
Coordinate the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and resources.
Ensure efficient inventory management and distribution of resources to project sites.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including village communities, partners, and government agencies.
Facilitate communication and coordination between Model गाँव and external partners.

**Data Management and Reporting**:Collect and maintain program data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare regular reports on program progress, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Assist in data analysis to inform decision-making and program improvements.

**Financial Management**:Support financial tracking and budget management for program activities.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and expenditure forecasts.

**Quality Assurance**:Implement quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness and impact of Model गाँव's initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate project outcomes against predefined objectives.

**Documentation and Compliance**:Maintain accurate and organized records of project-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree is a must. A master's degree is a plus.
- Have deep understanding of village lifestyle and agriculture.
- Proven experience in rural operations, project coordination, or program management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of rural development and community engagement is an advantage.

**Salary**: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
