**Short Description -**

We at are looking for a creative designer to join our power team and grow with us. If you are passionate about growing in a dynamic fast paced startup environment, we are happy to consider your profile despite the odds. **Roles and responsibilities -**
- Design compelling creatives for paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Display, YouTube, etc.).
- Design high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign goals and Devaseva’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with the tech & marketing team to create intuitive user flows.
- Design gift boxes, temple kits, merchandise, labels, and printed materials with devotional aesthetics and premium appeal.
- Create post templates, reels thumbnails, carousels, GIFs, and motion graphics tailored to engagement goals.
- Work closely with the content team to align visual tone with campaign narratives and devotional themes.
- Utilize AI tools (like Midjourney, Sora, Firefly, etc.) to generate campaign-specific visuals and moodboards.
- Ability to write detailed and strategic prompts to produce images that match campaign objectives.
- Contribute ideas for visual storytelling and customer experience enhancement through consistent branding.
- Create video collaterals such as social media teasers, product explainers, and campaign reels.
- Maintain visual consistency in typography, tone, colors, and layout across all customer touchpoints.
- Organize working files and maintain a scalable and accessible design repository.

**Required Skills -**
- Working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, & Canva Pro or any popular tools available in the market.
- At least 2-3 years of visual design experience, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.

**Education and Experience**:

- Education or experience/ interest in similar industries would be highly preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Graphics and Motion Design.
- A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, interior design, or any related field.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
