Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Graphic & UI Designer. The Graphic & UI Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual designs and graphics, developing user interfaces, and enhancing user experience. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing digital and print media, and ensuring the consistency of visual elements across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and UI design.
  • Visual Design and Graphic Design skills
  • User Experience (UX) and User Experience Design (UED) skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools
  • Strong understanding of usability and accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or related field
  • Experience in the recycling or sustainability industry is a plus
