Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design, UI/UX design, motion graphics, video editing, logo design, and AI-driven content creation. You will work closely with our tech, marketing, and product teams to deliver engaging visuals across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing banners, posters, social media creatives, brochures, pitch decks, and web assets.

  • Design logos, brand identity systems, and creative marketing collaterals.

UI/UX Design:

  • Design clean, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing:

  • Create engaging animated videos, intros, explainers, reels, and transitions.

  • Edit promotional, testimonial, and product videos using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

AI Prompt Editing & Creative:

  • Use AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar to generate creative visuals based on prompts.

  • Edit and enhance AI-generated images/videos to align with brand aesthetics.

Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and business leads.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring innovative visual ideas to life.

Key Skills Required:

Design Tools:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • DaVinci Resolve

  • Figma

Bonus Tools:

  • Illustrator, Adobe XD, Canva (optional)

AI Tools Exposure:

  • MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway ML, ChatGPT (for creative prompts), and other generative tools.

Must-Have Qualities:

3–4 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Strong portfolio with samples of motion graphics, UI/UX design, branding, and video edits.

Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Ability to take ownership and meet tight deadlines.

Passion for experimenting with new tools and creative technologies (especially AI).
