**Job Purpose**

Lead and support circle level activities pertaining to consolidations, Manage and Execute Circle IN/VAS Operations, Close Co-ordination with SNOC/Charging and Convergence team for Planned Activities and roll outs, Ensuring IN/VAS nodes availability, end to end assurance of IN/VAS services, Focus on Customer experience and active participation in emergency handling. Managing on-site activities for IN/VAS servers.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Responsible for operations of Circle IN/VAS Platforms
- Extend expertise/support to achieve high service availability
- Extending support to project team for new roll out, Support for Internal and External audits, perform periodic operational system audits
- Responsible for Circle IN/VAS platform outage handling, periodic communication update to business regarding critical outages, field resource alignment for any on-site activities for IN and VAS HW.
- MoP review along with SNOC IN & VAS for major planned event

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Around 7-10 years of Experience in Core / IN / VAS Network Operation
- Domain expertise of Core / IN / VAS Network components and interfaces and architectures
- Knowledge of CAMEL & Diameter protocol. Should be able to do analysis on traces/tcpdump
- Cloud and IP infra knowledge will be preferred
- Sound knowledge of Prepaid Voice/SMS/USSD/Data charging call flows
- Should have prior experience of working in Operations domain and aware about operational processes
- Hands on working experience on Unix, Linux and scripting
- Should have strong experience in People management

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- B.E / B Tech
- Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer / IT Engineering
- Should have knowledge of ITIL / ITSM Processes
- Additional advantage to have Certifications on
- IP Switching & Routing (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP etc)
- Cloud Technologies like (AWS, Azure, GCP, Open Stack etc)
