**Key Responsibilities**:

- **B2B Sales**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and other food service establishments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B segment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- **B2C Sales**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for direct-to-consumer channels, including online platforms, farmers' markets, and retail stores.
- Manage and grow the company's e-commerce presence.
- Participate in local events and festivals to promote Benfarmm products.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
- **Sales Planning & Execution**:

- Develop and execute sales plans and targets aligned with company objectives.
- Track sales performance and analyse key metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyse market data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-7 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, with a strong preference for experience in the meat and poultry industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
