**Roles & Responsibilities for Billing Executive**

**Job Title**: Billing Executive

**Location**:Chennai - Alwarpet

**Company**: Professional Couriers Network Limited

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Billing & Invoicing**

1. Prepare accurate customer bills and invoices on a daily basis.

2. Ensure timely generation and dispatch of bills to clients.

3. Maintain proper records of all billing-related documents.

**Data Entry & Excel Work**

4. Update billing details, payment status, and outstanding reports in Excel.

5. Generate periodic MIS reports as required by the management.

6. Maintain error-free data entry of courier transactions and billing information.

**Customer Interaction & Support**

7. Handle customer queries related to billing and payment.

8. Provide clear explanations of invoices to clients when required.

9. Maintain professional communication and relationship with clients.

**Documentation & Compliance**

10. Ensure billing process complies with company policies and guidelines.

11. Safekeep important documents related to invoices, receipts, and payment records.

12. Assist in internal/external audits related to billing.

**General Office Support**

13. Support branch operations team in billing-related tasks.

14. Assist in preparation of monthly outstanding reports.

15. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the branch manager.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to speak Hindi fluently (with Tamil/English as added advantage).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
