**Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Billing Executive:1. Invoice Management**
- Generate and issue invoices to customers.
- Verify billing details and ensure accuracy in invoicing.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
- Process credit notes and refunds as required.

**2. Payment Processing**
- Track and record incoming payments from customers.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers.
- Manage online, cheque, and cash transactions.

**3. Record-Keeping & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate billing records.
- Store invoices, receipts, and financial documents securely.
- Update customer accounts and billing information.

**4. Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., GST, VAT).
- Generate reports on accounts receivable, outstanding dues, and revenue.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary billing data.

**5. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution**
- Address customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Resolve discrepancies and disputes in invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance) for billing-related concerns.

**6. Software & System Management**
- Use accounting and billing software like Tally and billing software
- Maintain an organized and automated billing system.

**7. Cost Control & Financial Coordination**
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to billing.
- Identify areas to reduce billing errors and optimize processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
