MrMed is looking for a Billing Executive for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, tracking payments and resolving billing discrepancies, if any. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. The Billing Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability of the organization by managing the billing process accurately and timely.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Generate and process accurate invoices for products sold.
- Verify and cross-check billing data to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices.
- Generate regular reports on billing activities.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer issues related to billing.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of billing activities for auditing purposes.

**Desired Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0-2 years of experience as a Billing Executive or similar role in billing and invoicing.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using billing software and accounting systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
