**NPD Technician***: - Job Description: **Job Description**: - Component level repair of PCBAs including soldering & de-soldering of SMT & through hole components. - Analyze assembly & test failures by using schematic & wiring diagram. - Perform complex circuit analysis, troubleshoot and repair PCBAs, box build assembly & cable harness rework. - Good hands on experience in microscope, oscilloscope, soldering gun, BGA rework, torque drivers & multimeter. - Maintain work environment clean & promote 6S in NPD Lab - Maintain component, product PCBA & consumable inventory in Lab with clear system implementation. - Initiate continue improvements in the day to day works & system development - Create required procedure, checksheet & maintain reports. Required skill set: - Min 8 Years of experience in PCBA & box build failure analysis & repair. - Education qualification: ITI (E&E) or Diploma (E&E or E&C). - Should worked in R&D or EMS company with min 5 years hands on experiences in Failure analysis & repair. - Good experience in MS office & good communication skills. - Experience**2-6 Years** - Category**Electricals / Switchgears** - Location**Bangalore** Silverpeople, a venture by Uberlife Consulting Pvt.
