- What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- Can able to read and interpret drawing(2d/3d)
- Feasibility analysis and tooling requirement for BTP/transfer projects
- New tooling development for NPD/BTP/transfer projects.
- Creation of PR based on project CAPEX approval.
- Follow up of tooling with vendors for released PO’s
- Follow up on Tool life management for regular and new project tools continuously.
- Process validation/qualification support for inhouse projects.
- Should know about CAD software(Auto CAD/ Solid works preferably) for to study and analyze the tooling/functional requirements with the help of 3D step files.
- Determine tools, fixtures and gauges requirements for ease of process/operation.
- Validation of tools, gauges and fixtures with defined frequency.
- You have:
- Academic background in Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
- Previous experience in or with 2 - 3 years in same field
