**Job Summary**:
This role focuses on delivering foundational learning through play, exploration, and structured activities that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Learning**:

- Plan and conduct daily lessons and activities aligned with the pre-primary curriculum.
- Deliver engaging lessons using play-based and experiential learning approaches.
- Introduce basic concepts of language, numbers, colors, shapes, and general knowledge in creative and age-appropriate ways.
- Use rhymes, storytelling, role-play, music, dance, and art to enhance learning and interaction.
- Foster curiosity, imagination, and confidence among students.

**Child Development & Care**:

- Observe and track the developmental progress of each child and provide individual attention as needed.
- Encourage good behavior, hygiene, and routine through positive reinforcement.
- Assist children in daily needs such as toileting, eating, and dressing when necessary.
- Provide emotional support and ensure a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.

**Planning & Assessment**:

- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and activity sheets.
- Maintain individual student records, attendance, and portfolios.
- Assess and document children's learning and development through observations and simple assessments.
- Share regular updates with parents through PTMs, report cards, and informal conversations.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with co-teachers, assistants, and support staff to manage the classroom effectively.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to understand and support the child’s needs at school and at home.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.

**Events & Activities**:

- Assist in organizing theme-based days, celebrations, field trips, annual functions, and cultural events.
- Decorate classrooms and activity corners to create a joyful and visually stimulating space.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
