The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering an age-appropriate curriculum for young learners (ages 3-6) in alignment with the ICSE curriculum framework. The teacher will focus on fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for children, supporting their social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning**:

- Design and implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with the ICSE syllabus.
- Plan and deliver creative and hands-on lessons that cater to different learning styles, ensuring all students are engaged.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques, such as group work, individual activities, storytelling, games, music, and art.
- Ensure the curriculum includes all areas of early childhood education, including literacy, numeracy, motor skills, creative arts, and social development.
- 2. **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Establish and maintain clear classroom rules and routines.
- Manage classroom behavior and resolve conflicts in a positive, age-appropriate manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **3. Assessment and Monitoring**:

- Regularly assess and document each child's progress through informal observations, assessments, and portfolios.
- Provide feedback to students on their learning and development.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regularly about their child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings as required.
- **4. Student Development**:

- Foster the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking through structured and unstructured play.
- Promote positive behaviors, social skills, and conflict resolution.
- **5. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a holistic approach to the child's learning.
- Actively participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and training workshops.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s achievements, needs, and overall well-being.
- **6. Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops.
- Regularly review and update teaching strategies based on student needs and educational trends.
- **7. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain student records, lesson plans, and other documentation required by the school administration.
- Assist with organizing school events, festivals, and activities for the pre-primary section.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
