**Job Summary**:
This role involves leading the pre-primary team, ensuring effective teaching practices, aligning curriculum with learning objectives, and working closely with parents and school leadership to maintain high standards of early education.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**:

- Oversee the design and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activity plans for Nursery, LKG, and UKG levels.
- Ensure a balanced focus on all domains of child development: cognitive, emotional, physical, language, and social.
- Monitor teaching quality and guide teachers in best practices of early years pedagogy, including play-based, experiential, and theme-based learning.
- Coordinate the integration of co-curricular activities such as art, music, dance, and storytelling.

**Teacher Management & Mentoring**:

- Supervise and support the pre-primary teaching staff in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment strategies.
- Organize training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions for teachers.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and feedback meetings.
- Maintain a nurturing, collaborative, and positive team environment.

**Planning & Administration**:

- Create academic calendars, timetables, assessment schedules, and event plans for the pre-primary section.
- Maintain student progress records, attendance, and reports in collaboration with class teachers.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline in the classrooms and play areas.
- Liaise with administrative staff for procurement of teaching aids, supplies, and infrastructure needs.

**Parent Communication & Engagement**:

- Build strong communication channels with parents through orientation sessions, PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings), newsletters, and informal updates.
- Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Organize parent involvement programs such as workshops, open days, and celebrations.

**Events & Activities**:

- Plan and execute school events, annual functions, theme days, field trips, and special assemblies for pre-primary students.
- Encourage participation in festive and cultural activities to enhance holistic development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
