About the Role

Cursor Solution is hiring experienced Inbound Telesales Associates to convert warm inbound leads from international markets. This is a performance-driven role that rewards strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills—without compromising your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, leads and queries from global clients
- Understand customer needs and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Share accurate product/ service details and pricing
- Address customer questions and concerns confidently
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales conversion targets
- Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO (voice process)
- Excellent spoken English with neutral or global accent
- Strong sales mindset with objection-handling ability
- Ability to build rapport and gain trust quickly over the phone
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Up to ₹25,000/month (performance-linked)
- Provident Fund (PF optional)
