**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Commis 1 - Indian Cuisine** to join our dynamic kitchen brigade led by a **renowned celebrity chef**. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy, creative culinary environment with a focus on modern and traditional Indian cuisine at the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Indian dishes under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Head Chef.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality food output as per the restaurant’s standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols in the kitchen at all times.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management.
- Support in mise en place preparation before each service.
- Handle equipment, tools, and kitchen appliances responsibly.
- Take feedback positively and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operation and timely service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Indian cuisine in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen.
- Strong understanding of regional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and presentation.
- Formal culinary education preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
