**Quality Control (Lab Technician) JOB DESCRIPTION**

Qualification
- Any Graduate

Experience
- 3 years to 5years
- **Hands on experience in quality checking Soil:

- Proctor Compacting Test, FSI, LUPL, Gradation and CBR Test.**

Aggregates: - Grading AIV, Water absorption/ specific Gravity Test Fl/El, Los angle absorption test ,10 °/o fines ,valus coating & stripping of Bitumen aggregate mixtures.

Bitumen:

- Penetration Test, Ductility Test Softening Point Test, Specific gravity test, Viscosity

**test.**

**Bitumen Mixes:

- Binder Content Test (Extraction), Gradation, Marshal Stability test & finding Gmm ( Maximum theoretical specific gravity)value.**

**Emulsions:

- Residue testing on emulsions and viscosity tests for emulsions.**

**Cement Testing:

- Consistency, Initial and Final setting time, Soundness, Fines and Casting and testing of motarcube.**

**Carried out FDD by sand replacement method for each, work, and GSB & WMM layers and by and core cutting method for bituminous layers & concrete pavements.**

**Responsibilities**

**Testing of Bitumen, Emulsion, DBM, Concrete, Cement, Soil And giving a complete output to our company.

*A complete testing of all project material with full dedication.

Team Management.
- Create vibrant, agile, proactive, knowledgeable, empowered organization.
- Monitor Competency, grids and identify training needs for skill/competency gradation.
- Drive the teams to deliver cost effectives and efficient result.
