**Job description**
- Profit Centre Head for the respective project. Focusing on cost saving and cost reduction throughout the project execution.
- Preparation of field execution methodology and implementation.
- Preparation of Schedule / Pert, CPM and BBU.
- Efficient Site Mobilisation, Obtaining Labour Licence etc.
- Ensuring timely completion of Project milestones.
- Monitoring the costs vis--vis budget and highlighting variations if any to the Reporting Head.
- Meeting with project site, engineering, procurement and accounts team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Establishing an effective system of MIS to enable the Reporting Head to review the project at regular intervals. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and submitting the same to the Reporting Head every week.
- Periodical review and updation of budgetary actual cost vis--vis budgetary data.
- Obtaining Completion Certificate, Commissioning Certificate and PG Certificate from the Customer after each of those milestones and without delay.
- Project handing over and closure of contracts in timely manner
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Effective manpower planning. Planning gradual mobilization at the beginning of the project and gradual de-mobilization at the end.
- Managing customer satisfaction. Liasoning and developing cordial relationship with client.
- Ensuring effective site de-mobilisation, safe transfer of documents to Head Office.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Preferred Experience FGD project or Thermal Power Plant background
- Experience 10-12 years in Project Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Experience as a construction project manager.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Experience overseeing a construction project.
- Budget management experience.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
