**Responsibilities**:
As a Captain, you will:
- **Guest Management**: Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
- **Service Excellence**: Supervise and provide top-notch table service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and support the service staff, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- **Order Coordination**: Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- **Training and Development**: Assist in onboarding and training new staff members to maintain service standards.
- **Complaint Handling**: Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate them to management when necessary.
- **Operational Support**: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operation of the restaurant floor.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and motivate staff effectively.
- Proficiency in managing customer interactions and complaints with professionalism.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order management.
