**Job Description**:
UTL Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Tele Caller. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our real estate offerings and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our properties and services.
- Provide information about available properties, amenities, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels to maintain communication and build relationships.
- Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit our properties for site visits and consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education qualification of 12th pass.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and property market trends is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
