**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with multiple teams to plan and create a monthly communication calendar to

help meet our brands monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Ensure all internal teams are informed of any new launches, process changes and

promotions we are running for customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in creating social media content and / or long-form content such as support articles, tutorials, and blogs.
- Analyze the previous campaigns to discover the areas of strength and weaknesses which

could inform subsequent outputs
- Developing a well-written content that is free from errors
- Gathering insights into the audience

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of writing engaging copy for various marketing channels.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create content in long formats, including support

articles, tutorials, and blogs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven experience in n creating impactful and unique marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills specific to marketing
- Outstanding copyediting and copywriting skills
- Ability to harness collaboration to produce a well-crafted content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and IT
- Ability to multi-task

Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

Work Location: Alwarpet, Chennai

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 1 - 3 years

**Salary**: ₹10,078.96 - ₹15,000.00 per month
