**Role & responsibilities**:

- To communicate with local and foreign clients to manage and market all construction activities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels. Uphold and promote the brand identity, ensuring it reflects the company's values and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
- Provide guidance to clients on pricing, market conditions options.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Proficiency in lead management and prospecting.
- Strong planning and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
