**Personal Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Strategic Networking**:
Build and maintain an extensive professional network domestically and internationally to promote business development and collaboration. Leverage connections to create opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the organization’s market presence.

**Brand Representation**:
Act as a representative of the executive team, embodying the organization’s values and maintaining a high face value in professional and social settings. Establish a strong, credible presence at corporate events, conferences, and meetings, both locally and globally.

**Market Insight and Business Development**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide strategic inputs for growth. Develop and execute initiatives that align with the company’s objectives, ensuring sustained market relevance.

**Crisis Management**:
Display excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address and resolve challenges efficiently, ensuring smooth business operations under all circumstances.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications in business management, executive assistance, or a similar discipline is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or high-profile environment.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with modern collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Asana).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
