**Objectives of the job**:
**To ensure Skill Enhancement of Mercedes-Benz sales staff**:
**a) Managing the dealership’s training requirements, including identification of training needs and nomination to required programs**

**b) Delivery of training courses and programs as per MB standards.**

**c) Ensuring that training provided by MB to the sales staff supports the aims and objectives of the dealership via in-house trainings, role plays, tests etc and provide feedback to MB for future training requirements**

**d) Implementing in-house training system at the dealership**

**Qualification**:
**o Basics: Any Bachelor degree/ MBA**

**o Experience (type of): 5-10 years of experience in Training/ Sales**

**o Specialized Knowledge: Communication skills, excellent people management skills, Customer oriented attitude, team player, sensitive to training needs of the sales staff, knowledge of MS office and training methodology and trends in training.**
