**Job Title**: Events Expert (Online)

**Location**: Mumbai

**About the Client**: PSS has been mandated to hire an Online Events Expert for a leading Multinational organization (Consumer/ Healthcare)

**Job Purpose**:To manage, deliver and provide support to video conferences and webinars held across different countries in assigned geographies (India, South Asia, Far East)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The position will be responsible for facilitating, co-hosting, and technically moderating virtual events (conferences, seminars) on behalf of the Organization’s marketing, sales, and internal teams across assigned countries.
- Ensure that the events run smoothly, by opening and closing the event via online platforms, by triggering any interactive technical platform features specifically planned and timed throughout the event, and by monitoring the performance and connectivity of the platform and users.
- Be involved in the setup, preparation, and closing of the events
- Training event owners and speakers, implementation of pre
- and post-event communications, configuration of in-event features such as notifications and polls, execution of event practices sessions, and editing of event recordings.
- Work with the company’s current virtual events solutions (Zoom, etc.)
- Work closely with the Events Managers, the Event Owners and virtual event guest speakers.

**Educational Qualifications And Experience**:

- Experience in hosting online events & webinars
- Ability to train
- Experience using technology platforms (Zoom, etc.) as an owner/host;
- Strong fluency in verbal English, assertiveness as it is a customer-facing role, working with different cultures
- Flexibility to work
- solutions-oriented and service-oriented mindset)
- Self-starter, multi-tasker, time management, team player, organization skills
- Exposure to some video editing (nice to have)
- Openness to and aptitude for learning new tools and technologies, as virtual events and related platforms & capabilities are continuously evolving.
