**Position: Executive/Senior Executive - Draughtsman**

**Department**: Tender & Proposal

**Qualification**: ITI, Diploma - Mechanical

**Industrial type**: Waste Management

**Experience**: 2 - 3 Years

**Working days**: 5 - days (Monday to Friday)

**Position required**: 1

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Location**: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

**Preferred Skilled**: Have a strong understanding of AutoCAD or other CAD software, including its various tools and features, to work efficiently and produce high-quality drawings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed drawing, Plans, Plant Layouts and PFD (Process Flow Diagram).
- Respond to client feedback and make necessary revisions to technical drawings in line with updated project requirements or changes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings and documentation.
- Maintain an organized archive of all technical drawings, designs, and project-related documents for easy reference during the proposal process.
- Work closely with the Tender & Proposal Manager and team members - specifically supporting the Tender & Proposal team - to understand project specifications and requirements, ensuring that all drawings align with the client’s needs and project objectives.
- Create customized and detailed technical drawings to support proposal documents, ensuring that all client specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
- Utilize CAD tools to create 3D models and visual representations of the proposal, offering clients a clear picture of the project.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines.
- Support to the Proposal Department as and when required, particularly in design and proposal preparation.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
- Good Organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in creating and revising technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve drawing-related issues and challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt and solve challenges related to complex design and drafting requirements in the waste management sector.
