Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead our outreach efforts. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel to educational institutions, colleges, and training centers to establish partnerships and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach colleges, institutes, and training centers for collaboration.

Generate leads through on-ground marketing efforts and maintain a strong pipeline.

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional decision-makers.

Promote our skill-based courses and highlight their benefits to potential partners.

Organize seminars, workshops, and presentations at educational institutions.

Collect market insights and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for tie-ups and student enrollments.

Provide regular reports on field activities, leads, and conversions.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in the education/training sector).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
