**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Os Overseas' services.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in [preferred languages].
- Basic knowledge of solar panels, EV stations, or water treatment systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage.
- Prior telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
