**Responsibilities**
- Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences.
- Should be able to propose new ideas for brainstorming.
- Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience.
- Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools
- Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and checking content for accuracy and consistency.
- Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with social media and marketing trends and best practices
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under mínimal supervision
- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Technologically-savvy and resourceful

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with social media tools.
- Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research best practices a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,171.71 - ₹31,367.88 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
