KRA1
- Project Management
- Having good experience of Erection and commissioning of Instrument Equipment’s like DCS and I/O Panel, Control valves, MOVs and actuators, Transmitters. Must have experience of project engineering like equipment and drawings review / finalization.
- KRA10
- Safety & statutory compliance:

- Checking, testing as per guidelines, and Maintain statutory records of the observations. Identifying & rectify unsafe points & unsafe practice. Training to staff/workmen on safety
- KRA2
- Plant maintenance and troubleshooting
- Having good hands on working experience on Transmitters, Control valves, RTD, thermocouples, MOVs, Compressors, Turbine supervisory system, Woodward governor and CPC. Having expertise in their maintenance and fast troubleshooting.

- DCS System
- Able to work on Emerson and ABB DCS with full competency. Must have competency for I/O panel trouble shooting, DCS logic modification, disaster management, DCS upload and download activities.

- Inventory Control
- By assuring smooth material availability in all section with tracking in surplus material flow.

- CAPEX
- Planning of all Instrument activities with proper execution & commissioning of all relevant equipment’s.

- Cost Optimization
- Preparing budget. Monitoring actual cost with budget
- KRA7
- System implementation:

- Implementation of ISO, WCM and safety standards
- KRA8
- Shift Operation
- Able to work as shift engineer for smooth shift operation for minimizing breakdown.

- Quality Assurance:

- Monitor and control the Quality during execution of erection & commissioning jobs Monitor the quality of erection and work execution of shutdown and preventive. Monitor the quality of material receipt after procurement.

**Essential Skills**: Basic knowledge about thermal power plant. Working knowledge about field instrumentation, PLC/DCS & VFD

**Desirable Skills**: PLC/DCS, TPP Filed instrumentation SAP, WCM activities & ABG Safety Standards.

**Qualification** : Diploma / Degree in Instrumentation / EC

**Experience**: 05 to 10 Years of Experience

**Qualifications**:
Diploma,Bachelor Of Engineering

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-10 Years
