Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Experience**: 8-10 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and ensure the seamless integration of TeamCenter into the automation processes.
- Lead the automation testing efforts, including the planning, scripting, execution, and reporting of automated tests.
- Identify and resolve issues related to automation scripts, tools, and frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new automation tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
- Ensure that automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong focus on UFT.
- Extensive experience with TeamCenter, including integration and customization.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other automation tools such as Selenium, etc.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
