Description

Role: Solution Architect

Job Location: Pune, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design - Lead the design and architecture of complex technical solutions that meet business requirements, align with architectural standards, and adhere to SAFe principles and practices.
- Technical Collaboration - Provide technical insight and guidance to Agile teams, including developers, and engineers
- System Integration - Design and oversee the integration of various system components, third-party services, and legacy systems to ensure seamless interoperability and data exchange.
- Scalability and Performance Optimization - Architect solutions for scalability, performance, and reliability, considering factors such as system load, data volume, and user concurrency.
- Technology Evaluation and Selection - Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to inform technology selection decisions.
- Architecture Governance - Adhere to architectural governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Risk Management - Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with solution architecture decisions, considering factors such as security, compliance, and technical debt.
- Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate effectively with product management, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Continuous Improvement - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution quality, development efficiency, and technical excellence.
- SAFe Implementation Support - Support the implementation of SAFe practices within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and contribute to PI planning as needed.

Skills/Experience:

- 3-5 years of Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role in Agile environments, preferably within the context of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Very good understanding of cloud platforms and their services, Azure and AWS would be considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean principles, and SAFe practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - necessary to work in an international environment
- Relevant certifications such as SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA), SAFe® 5 Architect (ARCH), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.
- Proficiency in various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to solution architecture within the SAFe framework is advantageous.
