Job Description**:E-commerce Coordinator**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a E-Commerce Process Coordinator. As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining various processes within the organization. Your primary focus will be on optimizing workflow efficiency, coordinating activities across different departments, and ensuring the successful completion of tasks and projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve overall workflow and productivity.

Coordinate and monitor activities across different departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Collaborate with team members to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement best practices.

Conduct regular process audits to assess adherence, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process manuals.

Act as a point of contact for process-related queries, clarifications, and escalations.

**Qualifications**:
He/she should have proven experience in e-commerce industry of more than 1year

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Process Coordinator, Process Analyst, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
