We are hiring an E-Commerce Specialist for a US-based IT Company.

Designation**:E-Commerce Executive (Service Based)**
Exp: 2+ year
Location: Netaji Subhash Place (Delhi)
Shift: Day + Night ( Depends on Interview )

**Warehouse & Inventory Experience should not be consider**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, etc.
- Content creation and Cataloguing.
- Order processing and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with the client to ensure inventory data.
- Address customer complaints
- Coordinate with Marketplaces for deals and promotions.
- Consulting clients to increase their e-commerce business & Sales boosting.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.
- Expert wrote and verbal communication.
- Template Creation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/ Advance Excel.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- **Proven experience (2+years) in e-commerce management, preferably in a service-based company.**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
