Customer Relationship Executive

Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for customer relationships?
Do you have a keen eye for detail and experience in receivables follow-up?
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct receivables follow-up with sales teams and dealers
- Perform receivable analysis and reporting to ensure timely collections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and dealers
- Monitor and resolve payment issues, ensuring smooth cash flow
- Assist in generating and maintaining reports related to receivables
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Proven experience in receivables follow-up, credit control, or customer relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience with receivables analysis and reporting is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
