Paytm is looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and marketing. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Paytm's products and services, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development: Actively engage in door-to-door sales, direct sales, and other field activities to identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into Paytm users. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
2. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Paytm's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers. Provide product demonstrations and assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of our offerings.
3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service. Understand their requirements, address their queries, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
4. Territory Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize your assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and any other relevant information using CRM tools or other designated systems. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations as required.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback and insights from the field to contribute to the development of new products and marketing strategies.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Higher education in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language of the assigned territory. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
3. Passion for Sales: Enthusiasm for sales and a goal-oriented mindset. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and go the extra mile to achieve results.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and build trust.
5. Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory extensively. Possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for commuting.
8. Fresher: No prior work experience required. We are looking for freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.
