**Job Summary**:
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the financial performance of the organization. This position is responsible for managing the budgeting process, conducting variance analysis, and preparing management information systems (MIS) reports. Additionally, the FPA Analyst will support statutory audits and lead forecasting efforts to ensure accurate financial planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The FPA Analyst will manage the entire budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and accurate financial planning.
- This role involves preparing and reviewing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and conducting variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- The Analyst will also be responsible for producing detailed MIS reports to provide insights into financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
- Another critical aspect of the role is supporting the statutory audit process by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Forecasting will be a key responsibility, where the Analyst will develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and guide strategic decision-making.

**What you need to have**
- Experience in managing, evaluating, and analyzing data quickly and creating meaningful business reporting.
- Good financial acumen with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Retail industry experience.

**Basic Qualifications**

CA, MBA Finance, CMA, CPA or CWA, with 8-10 or more years of post-qualification experience in FP&A.
