**Department Overview**:
The Knowledge Management Department at Network FP focuses on adding value to financial advisors and
distributors by designing the right content that will be relevant for building their practice and serving their
clients. We brainstorm and create curriculum, topics, tools, resources, and templates that will be useful
for the PFPs (Personal Finance Professionals) with external experts and a taskforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing E-Learning Courses
- Administration of Learning Management System
- Right content creation for community
- Collaborate with industry seniors and thought leaders.
- Hosting and moderating live sessions
- Designing presentations for various courses
- Creating quiz questions based on session content.
- Creating excel based tools and templates for financial advisors.

Essential Skills
- Excellence understanding of personal finance, investments, insurance.
- Proficiency in Excel, ChatGPT etc
- Open to continuous learning and development
