- Adequate knowledge of Municipal Drawing Concession Drawing, HRC,MOEF, EETC,CFO,IOA, and Related other Submission Drawing which is required to take Follow up of Proposal
- Knowledge & Sense of Architectural Planning or Residential Building as per Current Market Trend
