Legal Executive

We are looking for Legal Executive with one of the Manufacturing company.
Location
- Santacruz East
Experience
- 2-5 yrs
CTC- 40-50 k pm
1. Assist in drafting resolutions, minutes of board meetings, various committee meetings and shareholders meeting, notices, agenda, other relevant documents for board, committee and general meetings.
2. Assist in preparation of annual reports, filling and filing of various MCA e-forms, documents/returns, maintenance of statutory registers of company under provisions of companies act. Assist in activities relating to payment of dividend and post dividend payment activities.
3. Assist in preparation and filing of various quarterly compliances and compliances as per companies act and other SEBI regulations.
4. Responsible for preparing necessary checklist as per Companies Act and SEBI Regulations for timely adoption of various statutory updated and amendments.
5. Liasioning and coordinating with various regulators, bankers, insurance companies, advocates and consultants.
6. Assist in drafting various policies under SEBI LODR Regulations & Companies Act, 2013.
7. Additional knowledge of various SEBI, RBI and FEMA regulations is an added advantage.
8. Should be comfortable with travelling to Silvassa and other places as per the work requirement.
9. Should be well spoken and should have good drafting, presentation and communication skills. Should be well versed with working on computers.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
