Job Profile Corporate Counsel to manage international legal work for CEMEA and APAC. Position is based in Mumbai, India for leading B2B digital payment solutions provider Job description
Drafting, negotiating and close Business agreements, Banking agreements, website terms of use, privacy policy, Vendor agreements, Licensing and Service Provider agreements
Negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, from contracts with enterprise customers, to complex and high-value.
Working on regulatory aspects of business and fintech laws such as advising the internal stakeholders, liasioning with external counsel
Knowledge and implementation of international privacy laws
Provide advice and strategic support technology law issues, licensing, and other intellectual property issues
Such other legal matters as may be assigned by General Counsel Who You Are:
Can effectively negotiate with a positive impact on customer relationships without compromising on legal framework
Demonstrates outstanding judgment and makes consistent good decisions
Has experience designing, implementing, and executing effective commercial, transaction, and related processes.
Communicates clearly and empathetically both face-to-face and in writing. Required Qualifications:
4 - 6 years of transactional fintech or payments experience
Law Graduate from reputed law college
Excellent grasp of payments business and fintech space for APAC and CEMEA
Excellent negotiation skills including first-hand experience of leading negotiations with parties across multiple jurisdictions About company Give a brief summary of what your company does
